Itinerary


Day 1: Khaplu 

Warm welcome at Skardu Airport by our team. Collect your bikes and begin the ride to Khaplu (103 km / 3 hrs). En route, visit Menthokha Waterfall, Gowari Garden, Royal Khaplu Fort, Yogu Bridge, Barah Village, and the historic Chaqchan Masjid.

Ending point: Khaplu 

Day 2: Hushe Valley

After breakfast, ride towards Hushe Valley (approximately 50 km / 2 hrs). The journey passes through picturesque Balti villages and along the Shyok River, offering stunning mountain views. Explore the charming Hushe village the last settlement before the great Karakoram peaks, including Masherbrum (K1). Enjoy the serene landscapes, local hospitality, and the untouched beauty of this remote valley.

Ending Point: Khaplu

Day 3: Skardu 

After breakfast, ride back to Skardu (103 km / 3 hrs) with a stop at Menthokha Waterfall (80 km from Khaplu). Continue to explore Sogha Lake, the Sarfaranga Cold Desert, Blind Lake, and time permitting the adventurous Ragnostor zigzag off-road trail.

Day 4: Astore via Deosai National Park 

After breakfast, ride 150 km (5–6 hrs) to Astore through the breathtaking Deosai National Park. Take a break at Sadpara Lake, then continue to explore Kala Pani, Bara Pani, Sheosar Lake, and the world’s highest alpine plains.

Day 5: Fairy Meadows 

After breakfast, ride 150 km (4 hrs) to Raikot Bridge. Park the bikes and transfer to a 4x4 jeep for an adrenaline-filled ride to Tattu Village. From there, begin a hike or ride a rented horse to reach the enchanting Fairy Meadows.

Day 6: Trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp 

After breakfast, embark on a 6-hour trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp. Stop at Bayal Camp and take in breathtaking alpine landscapes with unforgettable views of the world’s 9th-highest peak.

Driving distance: 10km / 6 hrs round trip
Ending point: Fairy Meadows

Day 7: Hunza 

Hike back to Tattu Village and return via jeep to Raikot Bridge. Ride 230 km (5 hrs) to Hunza. En route, stop at the junction of the three highest mountain ranges, the Nanga Parbat Viewpoint, and the Rakaposhi Viewpoint.

Ending point: Hunza

Day 8: Hopper Valley & Passu 

Start ride to Hopper Valley. Hunza to Hopper Village is 01 hours away. After Hopper Valley Ride towards Passu. Hopper to Passu is 3 hours away. Hopper Village and Glacier, Pakistan China Border, Attabad Lake, Hussaini Suspension Bridge, Passu Cones

Driving distance: 330 km / 9–10 hrs
Ending point: Passu 

Day 9: Shimshal Valley 

Set off on an adventurous off-road ride (55 km / 3–4 hrs) to Shimshal the most remote village in the Karakoram, famous for its dramatic cliffs, wild landscapes, and unmatched isolation. Return to Passu by evening.

Drive/Ride: 55 km / 3–4 hrs (one way)
Ending Point: Passu

Day 10: Khunjerab Pass

Ride 85 km (2.5 hrs) to Khunjerab Pass, the world’s highest paved border crossing. Explore Khunjerab National Park, visit the world’s highest ATM, and enjoy spectacular mountain views of the Passu Cones and Sost Town before returning to Passu.

Ending point: Passu

Day 11: Skardu 

After breakfast, ride 400 km (8–9 hrs) back to Skardu. Stop at Astak Nala and enjoy beautiful views of the Indus River along the way.

Day 12: Departure from Skardu

  • Hot Water:
Available in the North from 6–9 pm and 7–10 am. Hotels may not have heaters, so request extra blankets or a heating mattress if needed.
  • Road Condition:
The Gilgit–Besham road is long with poor conditions. Babusar Top via Naran–Kaghan is smoother if open
